Performance characteristics
Relying on the advantages of the MOPA structure, the cleaning machine is equipped with a 100W cleaning pulse fiber laser as the cleaning source. The laser employs the Master MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) structure, where the main oscillator uses the semiconductor laser as the seed source. The power amplification is realized by the traveling wave fiber amplifier. The MOPA fiber laser has independent pulse width and frequency adjustable features, and can maintain a high stable peak power output even with changes in pulse width and frequency to suit a wider range of cleaning scenarios.
The appearance of the hand-held laser head is simple, small and lightweight, can be used for a long time, the integrated design of keys and handles, simple and easy to use. The built-in scanning system uses small high-speed motor and drive, the main body is integrated processing and forming, strong dust-proof and stable and durable. The laser head adopts the innovative red light assisted focusing design, which can easily find the focusing position under different field mirrors by using the red light indication, and solves the problems of inaccurate focusing and single adjustment mode of existing products on the market.
