Performance characteristics
Relying on the advantages of MOPA structure, the cleaning machine is equipped with a cleaning pulsed fiber laser as the cleaning light source. The laser adopts the main oscillator power amplification MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) structure, in which the main oscillation uses the semiconductor laser as the seed source, and the power amplification is realized through the traveling wave fiber amplifier. This MOPA fiber laser has the characteristics of independent adjustable pulse width and frequency, and can still maintain high stable peak power output despite the change of pulse width and frequency to adapt to a wider range of cleaning scenarios.
The handheld laser head is simple, small and light, can be used for a long time, keys and handle integrated design, simple and easy to use. The built-in scanning system adopts small high-speed motor and drive, the main body is integrated processing molding, strong and dustproof, stable and durable. The laser head adopts the innovative red light assisted focus design, which can easily use the red light indication to find the focus position under different field mirrors, and solves the problems of inaccurate focus and single adjustment mode of existing products on the market.
